Description of particular conditions: The award of Contract will be subject to the Contracting Authority obtaining full planning approval from the Derry City and Strabane District Council and project approval and grant funding from the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

The cost of responding to the PQQP and any subsequent Invitation to Tender will be borne by each economic operator or the successful operator. Until the contract is executed all discussions and correspondence will be deemed subject to contract, no formal agreement shall be binding until it is duly executed by representatives of both parties.
When requesting the information, economic operators are required to identify a contact point and a corresponding email address. In the event that Apex is required to circulate any clarifications during the tender process, it shall send any clarifications to this address and will not be responsible for contacting economic operators in any other way. It is the economic operator's responsibility to ensure that this contact information is kept up to date and economic operators should advise Apex as soon as possible if the contact point changes.
