This invitation to tender must enable the General Secretariat of the Council (GSC) to maintain computer and audiovisual spaces in a clean condition that would be appropriate for the equipment housed there (racks, servers, network and audiovisual equipment).
The spaces to be cleaned are not limited to server rooms. They include rooms that can house computer equipment, such as audiovisual technical rooms.

Within two months of notice being given to the plaintiff or, should no notice be given, by the date on which the matter in question became known. A complaint made to the European Ombudsman neither suspends this period nor opens a new period for lodging appeals.
The procedural time limits will be extended on account of distance by a single period of ten days, whatever the relevant party's usual place of residence or domicile.
