Parallel Framework Agreements for the Procurement of Brokerage Services Related to Sales of Properties in Eastern Norway
Statsbygg requests tenders for parallel framework agreements for the procurement of Brokerage services for the sale of properties in eastern Norway
This framework agreement covers the following counties:
Oslo and Viken
Statsbygg reserves the right to also involve this agreement for sales of properties in Agder, Innlandet, and Telemark and Vestfold.
The framework agreements shall apply to the owned and hired buildings that are managed, operated and maintained by Statsbygg at any one time, as well as for properties that Statsbygg is considering to procure or hire. The framework agreement shall be used in the same way for Statsbygg's consultancy assignments. In the event of advisory and consultative assignments, the framework agreement can be nationwide.

The objective of the framework agreements is to ensure access to competence and capacity for brokerage services when selling real estates, including being a part of Statsbygg's advisory activities for other parts of Norway. Advisory services may also be relevant for procurement cases. The agreement must also be used for general advice for properties that Statsbygg is considering selling and buying.
A contract will be signed with 2 - two - tenderers, as long as there is sufficient competition.
Tenderers must have the right to operate estate agent services in Norway in accordance with the Estate Agent Act and accompanying regulations.
1 + 1 year, 1 year at a time.
Abschnitt III: Rechtliche, wirtschaftliche, finanzielle und technische Angaben
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Tenderers are required to be credit worthy and have sufficient financial ability to fulfil the contract.
The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.
1) Tenderers are required to have relevant experience from assignments of a comparative value to this agreement;
2) Tenderers will be required to have good capacity to carry out the service.
