Im Zuge der Sanierung Sammlungsbau wird die gesamte Gebäudetechnik erneuert. Hierzu sind in den Gewerken Heizung, Kälte, Raumlufttechnik und Sanitär Dämmarbeiten sowie Brandschutzmaßnahmen erforderlich.

Die Arbeiten müssen mit Fremdgewerken koordiniert werden.

Hauptmassen:

— Brandschutzdurchführungen: ca. 2 000 Stk.,

— Synthetischer Kautschuk an kaltgehenden Leitungen aus Stahl schwarz mit und ohne Grundierung, Edelstahl, Mehrschichtverbundrohr, Stahl verzinkt, bis DN200: ca. 14 500 m,

— Mineralwolle an warmgehenden Leitungen aus Stahl schwarz, Edelstahl, Mehrschichtverbundrohr, bis DN200: ca. 13 000 m,

— Kautschuk an Armaturen, bis DN200: ca. 600 Stk.,

— Mineralwolle an Armaturen, bis DN200: ca. 800 Stk.,

— Kautschuk an Luftleitungen, Kantenlänge bis 2500 mm: ca. 2 000 m2

— Mineralwolle an Luftleitungen, Kantenlänge bis 2500 mm: ca. 9 500 m2.

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Zusätzliche Leistungen:Der Nachtrag beinhaltet die durch den AG gewünschte Verblechung der Rohrleitungsdämmungen in den Zwischenbereichen der Heiz-/ Kühlsegel. Die Leistungen wurden erst 2020 zusätzlich durch den Bauherrn definiert. Zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung 2017 waren im wesentlichen flächendeckende Kühlsegel geplant.Die Leistungen sind daher auch nicht im LV enthalten.Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers ist aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich.
