Framework Agreements Concerning Compliance and Due Diligence Services
Framework agreements concerning compliance and due diligence services divided into 4 lots.
Compliance Services (Integrity/Tax Due Diligence and other Compliance Support)
The services shall be provided on premises of the service provider or at any of the EIB's premises in Luxembourg City.
This lot focuses on due diligence checks, tax compliance, compliance risk management, compliance policies and procedures as well as on general compliance support as described in Annex A — Technical Specifications.
EIB may, during the 3 years following the award of the original (initial) framework agreement, have recourse to a negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice for new services consisting in the repetition of similar services entrusted to the parties awarded this framework agreement.
Ethics and Integrity Compliance Support
This lot comprises of services in relation to the identification of misconduct and possible breaches of the EIB's code of conduct as described in Annex A — Technical Specifications.
Ethics and Integrity Awareness Raising Services
This lot comprises of services related to the provision of training to staff members (and equivalent) and members of governing bodies in regards to integrity and ethical matter as described in Annex A — Technical Specifications.
This lot comprises of services that help the EIB to complying with sanctions that apply to its operations and activities as described in Annex A — Technical Specifications.

Section IV: Procedure
Tender will be opened in a non-public procedure. Upon written request to the EIB (see Section I.1), the written record of the opening of tenders will be provided to economic operators who submitted a tender.
