Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die sukzessive Wiederholung von Teilen der M&W-Planung wurde durch geänderte Angaben zu Positionen und Anzahl der anzusteuernden Fenster durch die Hochbauplanung erforderlich. Außderdem wurden zusätzlich im Südtrakt 3. OG die abgestimmten Positionen der Motorknoten über den Fenstern in die Wandflächen zum WVB verschoben. In der Halle Luft- und Raumfahrt wurden die ursprünglich im LV Fassade ausgeschriebenen Motorknoten für die Ansteuerung von Entrauchungsöffnungen in den Auftrag des AN verlagert. Ein Wechsel des AN kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
