Der Nachtrag beinhaltet Leistungen für die Aufteilung des Informationsschwerpunktes ISP 3 in drei Unter-ISP's. Im Zuge der Fortschreibung der Ausführungsplanung musste der ISP 3 aufgeteilt werden. Die endgültige Anzahl der benötigten Schaltschränke ergab sich erst mit der Erstellung der Ausführungsplanung und im Zuge derAbstimmungen zur M&W-Planung. Das Leistungsverzeichnis wurde auf Grundlage der LP 3 erstellt. Hier war für den ISP 3 die endgültige Anzahl der Schaltschränke unterbewertet. Zum Zeitpunkt der LV-Erstellung 2017 waren diese Lesitungen noch nicht absehbar.Ein Wechsel des AN kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
