Das Leistungsbild und der Leistungsumfang haben sich für die ARGE verändert. Es stellte sich heraus, dass die Erstellen von bis zu 30 EbsÜ Änderungen nicht notwendig, sondern lediglich die Zuarbeit für die DB Energie erforderlich ist.
