A project to upgrade the electrical services in the British Embassy buildings in Paris to bring them up to codes and current standards. This involves completing works in rooms of a historic nature to a very high level. Additionally this project requires the extensive reconfiguration of the embassy offices. This reconfiguration consists of the removal of walls and reconfiguration of space within the existing historic building to provide a modern, efficient, open plan working environment.
The contracting authority is currently defining its procurement strategy. As a result the contracting authority may wish to split the work into smaller packages, but this is to be confirmed. The final agreed strategy will be made clear in any subsequent Contract Notice(s) within the Official Journal of the European Union.
To assist the contracting authority in defining its procurement strategy, we welcome feedback from interested contractors. A supplier day will be held in mid-February 2015 at the British Embassy, Paris.
