VI.3)Additional information:

Potential candidates were made aware that with the proposed contract being of a long-term nature, it is possible that TVH will during this time explore the merits of acquisition of, or potential merger with, another like-minded registered provider having stock in London and South East.

If a merger should go ahead over the term of the contract, candidates were advised to note that TVH's intention would be that all entities within the merged group may be entitled to utilise any contract that may be entered into to deliver the works and services described in this notice to their housing stock. Accordingly, if an acquisition or merger does occur the estimated value of the contract may increase, along with the numbers associated with the Contract.

The contract is not divided into lots. The client is seeking to develop a long-term partnering contract with the successful candidate to deliver their cyclical redecoration, associated repairs and flooring works to key worker and student accommodation and did not consider it appropriate to lot this contract.

TVH reserve the right to cancel or award part or parts of the Contract and TVH is not liable for the costs of tender preparation.
