The purpose is to gather feedback from contractors of their interest in the project, the intended contract/timescales (based on a single stage lump sum scheme with specialist contractor design portions). It is anticipated that the successful contractor will work alongside the existing appointed enabling works contractor and take on agreed sections (work areas) as they become available for fit-out.
