Norway-Molde: Career guidance services
Section I: Contracting authority
Section II: Object
2020-73 Career Møre og Romsdal
Møre og Romsdal County, c/o the Department for Education requests tenders for the provision of services related to career guidance for the population in the County, as well as career guidance for people in the target group for the introductory programs.
Several locations in the County.
The assignment contains two lots and is published in one call for tenders. There must be one provider for each lot.
The assignment consists of lot A, which is the ordinary tender and lot B, which is guidance services under the new integration law.
The contracting authority requires that applicants must apply for both lot A and lot B. We base this on the fact that both ordinary career guidance and guidance prior to the introductory program are statutory tasks that must be included the County’s career centres and that we want the broadest possible professional environment for the guidance services.
A framework agreement will be signed with one service provider per region. The agreement period is 1 year. Option for 3 (1 + 1 + 1) years extension.
The service is statutory.
See the tender documentation for a detailed description.
We encourage tenderers to submit questions within the deadline for questions if something is unclear. This must be done in writing in the Mercell system.
Three options for 1 year each.
Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Company Registration Certificate.
Economic implementation ability
Description of requirements/documentation: the tenderer must have good economic and financial implementation ability and must comply with the requirement by stating the operating result, e.g. a rating from a certified credit rating agency. ‘Good implementation ability’ is defined as score A/equivalent to score A or better. The contracting authority can require documentation before the agreement is signed.
Tenderers must describe their organisation.
Documentation: the tenderer must briefly describe the company's total capacity for the organisation/the part of the organisation that will be involved in the provision of the service. Information shall be provided on the number of employees, overall competence and experience with services of the same or similar nature. To be attached to the tender.
