REG [the Agency for Waste Management and Recycling] needs to procure transport services to implement the ordered assignments. These work assignments are i.a.:

• transport of collection units to and from households and business clients in Oslo:

Transport of containers with or without waste fractions;

• transport for the execution of service assignments, including:

— transport of mobile mini-recycling stations,

— transport of hazardous waste both from recycling stations, mini-recycling stations, environmental stations and housing cooperatives,

— internal transport assignments for REG in Oslo,

— ad-hoc transport assignments,

— emergency preparedness for the collection department in hectic periods/public holidays.

In order to implement these work assignments the following vehicles and drivers are needed:

• panel van/flatbed vehicle,

• panel van with driver that holds an ADR certificate of competence,

• hook vehicle,

• crane lorry,

• lift vehicle,
