Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Die Einbringöffnung für die RLT-Anlage Cl /C2 konnte aus statischen Gründen nicht mit dem geforderten lichten Maß erstellt werden. Für die Einbringung muss daher der Wärmetauscher der Lüftunganlage zusätzlich zerlegt werden. Für die Funktionsfähigkeit und zum Erhalt der Gewährleistung ist eine Überprüfung der zerlegten Bauteile durch den Hersteller erforderlich. Die Leistungen sind zusätzlich erforderlich.Ein Wechsel des AN ist aus technischen Gründen nicht möglich.
