Once decanting from the existing school to the new school is completed, the existing school can be demolished and removed followed by the completion of all the remaining external and site works. The new school will be a 3 storey school complex with a gross internal floor area of 17 917 m2. The project will include full construction works, mechanical and electrical services, external and site development works.
