Het verzorgen van de schoonmaakdienstverlening en de glasbewassing van Christelijk Voortgezet Onderwijs (CVO Rotterdam) te Rotterdam.

Hieronder vallen de scholen van onder andere Accent, Comenius College, CVO Zuid (CSG Calvijn, Farelcollege en Máximacollege), Marnix Gymnasium, Melanchthon, Scholengroep Penta, Zuider Gymnasium en Focus Beroepsacademie. Zij vormen samen de Vereniging voor Christelijk Voortgezet Onderwijs te Rotterdam e.o..

Met ruim 2.400 betrokken medewerkers verzorgt men dagelijks onderwijs aan ruim 21.000 leerlingen. Het aantal schoollocaties bedraagt 41.

CVO Rotterdam gaat voor de schoonmaakdienstverlening en de glasbewassing per 1 april 2022 voor het 1e deel van de locaties een Overeenkomst aan. Per 1 september 2022 volgt het 2e en laatste deel van de locaties.

CVO Rotterdam gaat voor de dienstverlening

schoonmaakonderhoud en glasbewassing per 1 april 2022 en per 1 september 2022, met één Opdrachtnemer één Overeenkomst aan, voor totaal 41 schoollocaties.

De Overeenkomst betreft een resultaatgericht contract voor alle schoonmaakwerkzaamheden, regulier en periodiek interieur- en vloeronderhoud.
