Scottish Procurement (on behalf of the Scottish Ministers)is looking to replace the current Media Services framework at the end of its term. The current Media Services framework began in April 2013 and is due to expire at the end of October 2016. Services fall into seven separate categories:

— News release distribution service;
— Broadcast monitoring service;
— On-line news monitoring service;
— On-line social media monitoring service;
— Evaluation and analytical service;
— Enquiry management service.
