Scottish Procurement (on behalf of the Scottish Ministers)is looking to replace the current Media Services framework at the end of its term. The current Media Services framework began in April 2013 and is due to expire at the end of October 2016. Services fall into seven separate categories:
— Press cuttings service;
— News release distribution service;
— Broadcast monitoring service;
— On-line news monitoring service;
— On-line social media monitoring service;
— Evaluation and analytical service;
— Enquiry management service.

Scottish Procurement is looking to replace the current Media Services framework at the end of its term. We believe in giving the market an opportunity to help shape and influence the future provision of these services across the Public Sector, and the procurement process itself.
