UCA 17/047 Provision of SAP-related services.
The objective of the present call for tenders is the procurement of SAP-related IT services for the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union in order to maintain and evolve the financial information system SOS II and to implement new functionality within the boundaries of change management and in liaison with the business users.
Maintenance, support, training and consulting services related to an integrated financial information system based on the system SAP ERP Central Component 6.0 (called SOS II) and related products (SAP BI, SAP PI, Solution Manager, etc.) used by the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Court of Auditors and the European University Institute.
The FWC is renewed automatically 2 times for 12 months each, unless one of the parties receives formal notification to the contrary at least 3 months before the end of the unexpired period of the FWC. Renewal does not change or postpone any existing obligations.
The General Secretariat of the Council does not publish the estimated monetary value of its contracts. The estimated volume of services/supplies is set out in the tender specifications.

The Secretariat's tender evaluation committee may decide to get a tender translated if it considers this necessary for the tender to be understood.
Each tenderer may be represented by no more than 1 person, whose name must be forwarded by e-mail (email@example.com) no later than 20.12.2017.
The opening of tenders may be postponed at short notice owing to unforeseen events occurring in the General Secretariat's buildings on the day on which the tender opening session is scheduled.

Within 2 months of notice being given to the plaintiff or, should no notice be given, within 2 months of the date on which the matter in question became known.
A complaint made to the European Ombudsman neither suspends this period nor opens a new period for lodging appeals.
The procedural time limits are extended on account of distance by a single period of 10 days, whatever the relevant party's usual place of residence or domicile.
