The objective of the present call for tenders is the procurement of SAP-related IT services for the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union in order to maintain and evolve the financial information system SOS II and to implement new functionality within the boundaries of change management and in liaison with the business users.

Maintenance, support, training and consulting services related to an integrated financial information system based on the system SAP ERP Central Component 6.0 (called SOS II) and related products (SAP BI, SAP PI, Solution Manager, etc.) used by the General Secretariat of the Council of the European Union, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the European Court of Auditors and the European University Institute.
