This call for tenders is inter-institutional.
 In addition to the European Commission itself, the resulting contracts will apply to the 52 awarding authorities listed in Annex A, all of which are EU institutions, agencies and bodies. The resulting framework contracts might also be used by any other EU institution, agency or body that will be created on the basis of the treaties or secondary Union law within the duration of the contracts.
 The total value of lot 1 amounts to 10 252 762 EUR, of which:
 — 1 561 972 EUR represents the market amount for the European Commission and 6 542 978 EUR represents the market amount for the 52 EUIs listed in Annex A,
 — 1 215 743 EUR represents a 15 % financial reserve for the European Commission and the other 52 awarding authorities listed in Annex A, all of which are EU institutions, agencies and bodies,
 — 932 069 EUR represents a 10 % financial reserve for the EUIs that will be created on the basis of the treaties or secondary Union law for the duration of the contract.
 For the execution of the framework contracts in lot 2, a reopening competition mechanism will apply.
 The total value of lot 2 amounts to 13 946 625 EUR, of which:
 — 2 233 336 EUR represents the market amount for the European Commission and 8 791 664 EUR represents the market amount for the 52 EUIs listed in Annex A,
 — 1 653 750 EUR represents a 15 % financial reserve for the European Commission and the other 52 awarding authorities listed in Annex A, all of which are EU institutions, agencies and bodies,
 — 1 267 875 EUR represents a 10 % financial reserve for the EUIs that will be created on the basis of the treaties or secondary Union law for the duration of the contracts.
