Deze opdracht ziet op levering, plaatsing, installatie, aansluiting en het beheren en onderhouden van het ANPR-systeem, zowel van bestaande handhavingsgebieden als ook nieuwe gebieden. Het ANPR-systeem is bedoeld om passagegegevens van motorvoertuigen in te winnen en door te geven aan de gemeente Rotterdam. De gemeente Rotterdam gebruikt deze gegevens primair om gebieden met voertuigrestricties te handhaven. Secundair worden de gegevens gebruikt voor monitoringsdoeleinden.
