This call for tender is for the provision of services to facilitate stakeholders' dialogue and to reduce conflicts related to large carnivores' conservation. The Contractor will establish or help to establish at least 3 regional or local stakeholders' platforms and will ensure their running (including assistance, secretariat, mediator/facilitator, meeting places, catering, communication strategy), making use of the relevant conflict resolution techniques. At least 15 meetings/workshops should be organised for each established platform (minimum 3 platforms). In each of the areas where the local/regional platforms have been established, the Contractor will ensure the implementation of at least 2 to 3 relevant actions listed in the document “Key actions for large carnivore populations in Europe” (ec.europa.eu/environment/nature/conservation/species/carnivores/pdf/key_actions_large_carnivores_2015.pdf).”
