Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: 1) Declaración responsable que sustituya la acreditación documental, de acuerdo con el formulario normalizado de documento europeo único de contración del anexo 1 del pliego administrativo.
2) Declaración responsable de la empresa licitadora conforme cumple la normativa de prevención de riesgos laborales, de acuerdo con el apartado S del cuadro de características del contrato.
3) Declaración que en caso de ser adjudicatario constituirá una póliza de seguros de responsabilidad civil con una cobertura mínima de 300 000 EUR.
4) Declaración responsable de que el pago de los servicios de interpretación y traducción a trabajadores propios y subcontratados no será inferior al mínimo establecido en el Convenio colectivo de oficinas y despachos de Catalunya, revisado y modificado por la Resolución del Departamento de Trabajo, Asuntos Sociales y Familia de 16 de septiembre de 2016, publicada en el DOGC 7212, DE 23/09/2016.
