Hankinnan kohteena oli sosiaali- ja terveysministeriön yhteydessä toimivan itsenäisen valtionapuviranomaisen sosiaali- ja terveysjärjestöjen avustuskeskuksen (STEA) avustusjärjestelmien ylläpito ja kehittäminen ICT-asiantuntijapalveluna.

Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus ja asiakaskohtaiset vähimmäisvaatimukset oli kuvattu tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.

Tarjouspyyntö perustuu Hansel Oy:n perustamaan dynaamisen hankintajärjestelmään "IT-konsultointi 2021-2025 (DPS)".
