The objective of the QA5 call for tenders is to procure services to support and improve DG TAXUD quality management system built to ensure a high and stable quality level of the IT products and services provided to DG TAXUD’s customers.
It is also meant to strengthen the project management support and horizontal coordination tasks across the involved stakeholders, boost the IT business processes and support the modernisation initiatives launched by DG TAXUD.
