Eine Änderung des Gesamtcharakters läge vor, wenn sich das Wesen des gesamten Auftrages verändern würde — indem beispielsweise die originäre Bauleistung, Lieferung oder Dienstleistung durch andersartige Leistungen ersetzt werden würde oder indem sich die Art der Erbringung der Leistung grundlegend ändern würde. Dies ist gegenständlich nicht der Fall, weil sich der Einbau der Unterschottermatte nicht auf den Gesamtcharakter des Vertrages auswirkt.
