Framework agreement for emptying sludge for Lillehammer, Øyer and Gausdal
The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract for the emptying and transport of sewage sludge from interceptors for sludge (septic tanks), blocked tanks, and other minor treatment devices, etc., in accordance with the municipalities' local emptying regulations.
The municipalities have a total area of approx. 2310 km2, and it is a relatively long way between the outer edges. The sludge must be transported to a central reception site at Lillehammer treatment facility, Dampsagveien 120, 2609 Lillehammer.
There are currently approx. 40,000 inhabitants living in the municipalities.
Option to extend for 1+1 year.
Section III: Renseignements d’ordre juridique, économique, financier et technique
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.
Documented by a company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre or equivalent for foreign tenderers.
Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment. A minimum rating of 4 is required at Experian.no.
Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating itself from www.experian.no. If the company is recently established, financial solidity can be substantiated in another way.
Tenderers must have experience from similar contracts.
Description of up to three of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment´s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description.
Section IV: Procédure
The contract duration is a result of the framework agreement being expected to lead to major investments in equipment for the implementation and fulfilment of the requirements that are set.
