This prior information notice is an invitation to one-to-one meetings with potential suppliers of town groceries to minor entities. The meetings will take place by appointment on Skype, alternative in-person at Tangvall Town Hall or in the premises of potential service providers. The discussions must be held by Friday 23rd October.

We anticipate allocating 60 minutes to each meeting.

The pending framework agreement concerns the purchase of groceries to minor entities that are no included in wholesale contracts.

In this connection, the contracting authority wants to hold one-to-one meetings with potential service providers. The aim of the meetings is to make the supplier market aware of the coming competition, to get input from suppliers and to give suppliers the possibility to ask questions.
