The services will be performed mainly at the contractor's premises except for meetings and trainings in DG REGIO premises.

The subject of the contract will be to provide a service (called "Monitoring Helpdesk") that will support the Desk Officers and DG REGIO to make informed decision on the quality of the data submitted by Member States and performance of the Operational Programmes by providing a structured analysis in the form of Scorecards.

Description of renewals:

The contract is renewed automatically two times for 12 months each, unless one of the parties receives formal notification to the contrary at least three months before the end of the ongoing duration. Renewal does not change or postpone any existing obligations. These renewals will be subject to the adoption of the Commission Implementing Decision concerning the adoption of REGIO work programme.
