The European Union Satellite Centre (“SatCen"), as the manager and coordinator of the support to the external action component of the copernicus security service, seeks to award a Framework Contract to a single economic operator for the acquisition of services that provide timely and accurate geospatial information derived from the analysis of satellite imagery and collateral data, in order to assist the EU decision-making processes as regards crisis management and its operations outside the EU territory.

The required services must be available twelve hours a day (from 8:00 to 20:00 CET), seven days a week, for fulfilling the following tasks:

(i) intelligence analysis (reports on imagery analysis presented as a multi-page document);

(ii) geospatial production (cartographic products presented in the form of maps series or map books);

(iii) product updates (updates of previously delivered geospatial products);

(iv) urgent production;

(v) complementary advanced analysis (geospatial analysis requiring a specific and advanced expertise).
