The aim of the contract is to perform works to convert warehouses into a workspace on basement floor -2 of the AA1 Building (1 of the buildings of the EUIPO headquarters located at the Agua Amarga development site, Avenida de Europa, 4, Alicante), including all materials, labour and construction equipment, while adhering to occupational health and safety and waste management standards.

All technical, administrative, organisational and inspection activities needed to guarantee the required quality of the works under the project are also included.

Project management and health and safety coordination are not included in this invitation to tender.

The project, summarised below, involves converting areas and rooms for an overall surface area of approximately 900 m2 (basement floor 2 of the AA1 Building):

— convert spaces into areas with workstations,

— set up new interaction rooms in 3 existing spaces,

— install new toilet facilities and technical rooms,

— provide the circulation spaces needed to access each new area,

— set up communication between the units.
