The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge at the internet address provided in Section I.3). Additional information can be obtained from the above mentioned address. The opening sessions are not public. During the first phase of the procurement a site visit or meeting is not foreseen. During the second phase of the procurement and before the submission of the initial proposals by the Tenderers, the contracting authority will organise 1 mandatory site visit and 1 mandatory information meeting with all of the tenderers at the same time and same date on both campuses in Bissen and Bettembourg.
