Tiekėjas turi užpildyti ir pateikti Europos bendrąjį viešųjų pirkimų dokumentą (EBVPD) – aktualią redakciją, pakeičiančią kompetentingų institucijų išduodamus dokumentus ir preliminariai patvirtinančią, kad nėra tiekėjo pašalinimo pagrindų, nustatytų vadovaujantis LR viešųjų pirkimų įstatymo 46 str. nuostatomis.

Už prekes pirkėjas su pardavėju atsiskaito mokėjimo pavedimu, pinigus pervesdamas į pardavėjo sutartyje nurodytą banko sąskaitą ne vėliau kaip per 20 (dvidešimt) darbo dienų nuo prekių perdavimo–priėmimo akto ir PVM sąskaitos faktūros gavimo ir patvirtinimo informacinėje sistemoje „E. sąskaita“ dienos / el. paštu dienos.

Sutarties įvykdymas užtikrinamas pirkimo sąlygose numatytais delspinigiais ir baudomis.
