Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Nach der notwendigen Betoninstandsetzungsmaßnahme der Decke im 2.UG der Luft- und Raumfahrthalle war die Deckenuntersicht in einem anderen Zustand als zum Zeitpunkt der Ausschreibung Innenputzarbeiten absehbar war. Für die folgenden TGA-Installationen und die Nutzungsansprüche des AG ist nun in den Räumen des 2.UG (Fläche Technikflur ausgenommen) ein Deckenputz erforderlich. Diese Positionen waren nicht Bestandteil der Ausschreibung. Ein Wechsel des Auftragnehmers kann aus technischen Gründen nicht erfolgen.
