II.1.4)Short description:

The purpose of this contract is to increase the creative economy engagement capacity of Ministry of Industry and Technology and local institutions in Turkey and also to encourage the creative ecosystem actors for their further involvement to the related IPA III interventions and Union Programmes. In order to realize this purpose, enhancement of the strategic capacity of the creative economy in governmental and local institutions and design of a governance model for creative economy intervention are the main outputs to be achieved by the Contractor.

TA services to be carried out by the Contractor will include a strategic analysis of the creative ecosystem, designing a creative economy strategy and governance model, strengthening the creative ecosystem through design and implementation of a capacity building program, development of financial support mechanism proposals, networking and dissemination events.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The purpose of this contract is to increase the creative economy engagement capacity of MoIT and local institutions in Turkey and also to encourage the creative ecosystem actors for their further involvement to the related IPA III interventions and Union Programmes.
