Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Aufgrund von einer Änderung der Nutzungsanforderungen mussten die verwendeten Hohlraumbodenmaterialien angepasst werden. Hierdurch entstehen Mehrkosten, da die angebotenen LV-Positionen nicht verwendet werden können.
