Predmetom zákazky je poskytovanie služieb pre prevádzku a údržbu informačných systémov od spoločnosti Cora Geo, s.r.o. a to informačného systému samosprávy (ďalej CG ISS), geografických informačných systémov (ďalej len CG GISAM a CG WebGIS), riešenia pre podporu eGovernmentu (ďalej len CG eGOV) a súvisiacich aktivít s cieľom zabezpečiť plnohodnotné využívanie dodaných produktov v ďalšom období v nasledovnom členení:

— údržba dodaného licenčného softvéru,

— update - údržba licencií dodaného aplikačného softvéru,

— bezpečnostná politika,

— upgrade - zapracovanie požiadaviek mesta,

— hot line podpora,

— technická podpora,

— metodická podpora,

— školenia,

— riadenie projektu.
