III.1)Conditions for participation
III.1.1)Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registersList and brief description of conditions:
1. La lettre de candidature justifiant des pouvoirs de la personne habilitée à engager le candidat (ou DC1).
Lorsque le signataire n’est pas un représentant légal, la lettre de candidature doit être assortie d’un pouvoir l’habilitant à engager le candidat (modèle joint dans le DCE).
2. Une déclaration sur l’honneur (modèle joint dans le DCE), datée, attestant :
- que le candidat ne tombe pas sous le coup d’une interdiction de soumissionner au sens de l’article 45 de l’ordonnance n° 2015-899 du 23 juillet 2015 relative aux marchés publics ;
- que les conditions d’emploi de ses salariés sont régulières (au sens des articles L 1221-10, L 1221-13, L 1221-15, L 3243-1, L 3243-2, L 3243-4, R 3243-1, R 3243-2, R 3243-3, R 3243-4, R 3243-5, D 8254-2, D 8254-4 et D 8254-5 du code de travail)-(ou DC1).
3. Une attestation d’assurance de responsabilité civile en cours de validité émanant d’une compagnie d’assurance et indiquant le domaine d’activité couvert, avec le ou les plafonds de garantie.
4. Dans le cas où le candidat est en redressement judiciaire, le jugement l’habilitant à poursuivre son activité (DC2) pendant la durée prévisible du marché.

1. Le chiffre d’affaires global du candidat sur les trois dernières années et le chiffre d’affaires faisant l’objet du marché (ou DC2).
2. Le bilan des trois derniers exercices.
III.1.3)Technical and professional abilityList and brief description of selection criteria:
1. Le dossier de références : le candidat fournit des références récentes (de moins de trois ans) concernant des marchés comparables (nature et importance) à ceux objet de la présente consultation. Ces références doivent comporter le nom des cocontractants, publics ou privés, et être complétées par des attestations de bonne exécution de ces marchés. Ces attestations doivent indiquer le montant, la date et le lieu d’exécution des prestations et préciser si elles ont été effectuées dans les règles de l’art et menées régulièrement à bonne fin.
2. La déclaration indiquant les effectifs moyens annuels du candidat et l'importance du personnel d'encadrement, pour chacune des trois dernières années.
3. La déclaration indiquant le matériel et l'équipement technique dont le candidat dispose pour la réalisation du marché.
4. Le candidat produit ses certificats de qualifications professionnelles.
