Predmet nabave su usluge izrade projektne dokumentacije za modernizaciju građevinskog i elektroenergetskog željezničkog podsustava na dionici pruge Okučani Vinkovci uz ispunjenje tehničko-tehnoloških uvjeta kojima moraju udovoljavati glavne koridorske željezničke pruge za međunarodni promet, a sve u skladu s važećom zakonskom regulativom. Izrada projektne dokumentacije ugradnje elektroničkih signalno-sigurnosnih uređaja (ESSU) i telekomunikacijskih uređaja (TK) nije predmet ove nabave. Dionica Okučani – Vinkovci podijeljena je na 4 poddionice te je sukladno tome i predmet nabave podijeljen u 4 grupe.
