The purpose of the procurement is the design, execution and acquisition of all necessary permits on the project for the rehabilitation of Sovjak, all under the terms of the contract for the plant and the design and construction of electrical and machinery engineering works and works by Contractor’s projects (FIDIC Yellow Book, First Edition 1999, Croatian Association of Consultants Association, the Croatian Chamber of Engineers and the Association of Consulting Companies in Construction, published in 2014).

The supply of the eESPD form is required in the bid — updated supporting documents are not submitted with the tender.

Before taking a decision in a public procurement procedure, the contracting entity will request the tenderer that has submitted the most economically advantageous tender to produce, within an appropriate period of time, not less than 5 days, updated supporting documents to verify the circumstances referred to in the eESPD, unless it already possesses those documents.

The specific conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the Specific Terms and Conditions of the Contract (Book 2 of this Procurement Document). The contract shall be made available to tenderers, and it shall not be necessary to supply them in the context of a tender.

During the performance of a public contract, the economic operator shall comply with applicable obligations in the fields of environmental, social and labour law, including collective agreements, and in particular the obligation to pay the agreed salary, or of the international environmental, social and labour law provisions listed in Annex XI.
