II.1.4)Short description:

Data4Safety will merge the very large and growing number of data sources available in the European aviation system and provide a critical mass of data. The long-term objective is to significantly increase analysis capabilities thanks to the sharing of large amount of data and the use of the most advanced information and communication technologies in the fields of big data and data mining.

With the launch of this call for tenders, the Agency is looking for a suitable IT Infrastructure provider — a third-party data processing and protecting organisation (DPPO) responsible for providing the technical infrastructure and expertise for the data collection, storage, security and processing to the Data4Safety programme. The main stages of the contract are: architecture of hardware and software, build and run.
