Data4Safety — big data platform.
Data4Safety will merge the very large and growing number of data sources available in the European aviation system and provide a critical mass of data. The long-term objective is to significantly increase analysis capabilities thanks to the sharing of large amount of data and the use of the most advanced information and communication technologies in the fields of big data and data mining.
With the launch of this call for tenders, the Agency is looking for a suitable IT Infrastructure provider — a third-party data processing and protecting organisation (DPPO) responsible for providing the technical infrastructure and expertise for the data collection, storage, security and processing to the Data4Safety programme. You may submit any observations concerning the award procedure to the contracting authority indicated under heading I.1.
If you believe that there was maladministration, you may lodge a complaint to the European Ombudsman within 2 years of the date when you became aware of the facts on which the complaint is based (see http://www.ombudsman.europa.eu). Such complaint does not have as an effect either to suspend the time limit to launch an appeal or to open a new period for lodging an appeal.
Within 2 months of the notification of the award decision you may lodge an appeal to the body referred to in VI.4.1.
