The object of this contract is, on one the hand, the acquisition, installation and commissioning of a digital colour press with various finishing modules and, on the other hand, its ‘Omnium’ type maintenance throughout the length of the contract.

The object of this contract is mixed and two-fold:

— supply: supply, installation and activation of a digital colour press;

— provision of service: ‘Omnium’ type maintenance of the digital colour press that is provided.

The services include, on the one hand, the supply of a digital colour press including installation and activation, and training to use it.

The digital colour press consists of the following component parts:

— a printer paper feed module;

— the digital colour printer itself;

— a Fiery brand print server or equivalent;

— various finishing modules.

The services include, on the other hand, ‘Omnium’ type maintenance of the digital colour press for a period of five years.
