The overall objective of the service contract is developing the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan for the municipality of Chisinau (SUMP), including:

• Feasibility Study

• Strategy for Public Transport 2022-2030

• Zoning

• Improving connectivity between Suburbs and the City

• Procurement Plan for Enlargement of Bus and Trolleybus fleet 2022-2030

• Urban Parking Planning

• Smart City Planning

In order to successfully develop a SUMP, the Contractor shall provide a team comprising professional staff with a diverse background related to the transport sector, to cover all issues to be solved. All experts who have a crucial role in implementing the contract are referred to as key experts. The Contractor team will consist, inter alia, of the following experts: Transport Modelling Expert, Economic/Financial Expert, Urban Mobility Planner, Environmental Expert, GIS Expert, Urban Transport Specialist, ITS Specialist, etc.
