GVB wil met 1 opdrachtnemer een overeenkomst sluiten met een looptijd van drie (3) jaar met een optie, eenzijdig uit te oefenen door GVB, tot verlenging van deze overeenkomst onder gelijkblijvende voorwaarden met een periode van 1 maal één (1) jaar en acht (8) maanden en 1 maal met een periode van twee (2) jaar.

Description of options:

Afval van GVB Veren bv wordt momenteel verzorgd door de huidige schoonmaakpartij vanuit het contract ‘Schoonmaak Veren’. Dit contract eindigt eind 2019 en kan nog 2 keer met 1 jaar verlengd worden. Deze dienstverlening valt dus op dit moment buiten scope. Het is de visie van GVB om uiteindelijk alle afvaldienstverlening integraal te benaderen. Daarom kan GVB Veren bv aan het einde van de looptijd van de huidige overeenkomst besluiten om aan te haken voor de resterende looptijd van de onderhavige overeenkomst.

Tevens bestaat de mogelijkheid voor GVB om het beheer van de afvaldepots na de initiële looptijd van drie (3) jaar weer in eigen beheer te nemen.
