The aim of this invitation to tender is to enter into a direct service contract to perform daily and periodic cleaning activities for (non-nuclear) areas and buildings at the JRC in Petten. Daily cleaning primarily involves the regular cleaning/maintenance of various office buildings, laboratories, storage facilities and technical rooms. Periodic cleaning involves specific cleaning/maintenance whereby services such as window cleaning, floor maintenance, solar-panel cleaning and other specific tasks must be carried out.
