This is a call for tenders in a form of an open procedure to conclude a service contract. The contractor will build on the ongoing work for the EU construction sector observatory (ECSO) and ensure its continuation, improvement and expansion.
The tasks are divided into 4 work packages:
work package 1: update of the methodology and indicators' list, and production of country fact sheets;
work package 2: selection and production of fact sheets on national and/or regional new policy measures and update of existing policy measures in EU construction sector observatory (ECSO);
work package 3: preparation of analytical reports;
work package 4: promotion of the analysis results and dissemination activities.
Tasks to be carried out by the contractor are further detailed in the tender specifications in Section 1.3 and 1.4.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
This is a call for tenders in a form of an open procedure to conclude a service contract. The contractor will build on the ongoing work for the EU construction sector observatory (ECSO) and ensure its continuation, improvement and expansion.
The European Construction Observatory will provide European policymakers and stakeholders with regular analysis and comparative assessments of the market conditions and policy developments related to the construction sector in the EU with respect to the various elements of the Construction 2020 Action Plan. It will continue to support mutual learning and the exchange of best practices between Member States and stakeholders regarding the definition, implementation, monitoring and assessment of the impact of policy measures related to the competitiveness of construction enterprises and its contribution to sustainable development objectives.
The tasks are divided into 4 work packages:
