Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Der erschwerte Transport ist von der Firma ausreichend begründet. Dem der Ausschreibung beiliegende BE-Plan weist eine Transportmöglichkeit in die 3. Etage aus, welche aber zum Zeitpunkt des Transportes nicht mehr gegeben war. Die Zulage für die geänderte Ausführung ist berechtigt. Es war nur eine Fahrstraße geplant welche später zur vollflächigen Auslegung als 2-1agig geändert wurde. Dies hat die Notwendigkeit der Aussparungen, des Verschraubens und der Zuschnitte überhaupt erst notwendig gemacht. Die Anforderung kommt auf Wunsch von TP-A. Der Ausschnitt der Revisionsöffnungen in der Schutzabdeckung sollte für einen mögliches Nachziehen von Kabeln gewährleistet werden.
