The objective is twofold and consists of the following:

— provide the services that are necessary to enable the successful support and maintenance of the IT-resources currently in use at the EUIPO, and

— provide the services and support to enable improvements based on continous service improvement and projects arising from future strategic plans of the Office.

The Office is planning to award multiple framework contracts, under the cascade mechanism with a maximum of three (3) contractors, resulting from the above procurement procedure. The framework contracts will be concluded initially for two (2) years, renewable for three (3) successive periods each lasting one year, for a maximum duration of five (5) years.
