The Director of Transport has a requirement for the supply of a service to the Department of Defence (Defence Forces), for the Mechanical Repair / Servicing of the Defence Forces Scania Vehicles. For this procurement the Director of Transport proposes to offer a fixed price, twelve (12) month draw-down contract from the date of issue of the letter of award, with an option to extend for a further twelve (12) months, with a maximum of three (3) such extensions, subject to review and agreement on prices for years two(2), three (3) & four(4). Either party may terminate the contract by giving fourteen (14) days’ notice in writing of intention to terminate the contract.
