Les candidats produiront, à l’appui de leur candidature :
Situation propre des opérateurs économiques :
- La lettre de candidature formulée sur un seul imprimé DC1 dûment signé par chaque membre du
groupement ;
Pour chaque membre du groupement :
- L’imprimé DC2 dûment rempli ;
- Un Kbis de moins de 3 mois ;
- L’attestation d’assurance responsabilité civile exploitation en cours de validité ;
- L’attestation fiscale à jour ;
- L’attestation sociale (attestation de vigilance) à jour ;
- Si le candidat est en redressement judiciaire, la copie du(des) jugement(s) prononcés à cet effet ;
- Une déclaration sur l’honneur attestant de la régularité des conditions d’emploi des salariés, indiquant que
le candidat est indépendant de tout intérêt avec le maître d’ouvrage au regard des dispositions des articles
L423-10 et suivants du Code de la construction et de l’habitation (CCH), et/ou des articles L227-10 et suivants
du Code du commerce, et/ou de l’article L612-5 du Code du commerce, que le candidat ne tombe pas sous
le coup des interdictions visées aux articles L2141-1 et suivants, L2141-7 et suivants de l’ordonnance N
° 2018-1074 du 26 novembre 2018, que le candidat a satisfait à l’ensemble de ses obligations sociales et
